    What is Clinic Membership?

    Clinic Membership is a SaaS platform designed for aesthetics clinics, med spas, and wellness clinics to create, manage, and sell membership plans to their patients. It handles plan creation, patient registration, payment processing, and membership tracking—all from one dashboard. Your patients access their memberships through a white-label portal on your clinic's subdomain.

    How do I sign up?

    Simply visit clinicmembership.co.uk, click "Get Started," and enter your clinic details. You'll be guided through setup, which includes verifying your email and setting up a payment method for your monthly subscription. Once complete, you'll have instant access to your dashboard.

    Can I try it before I pay?

    Yes! Your first member is completely free, so you can set everything up and try out the full platform before committing to a paid plan. No credit card required to get started.

    How long does setup take?

    Initial setup takes about 15-20 minutes: create your clinic profile, set up your first membership plan, and invite your first patient. You can refine details and add more plans anytime. Most clinics are operational within an hour.

    Pricing & Billing

    How much does it cost?

    Clinic Membership offers three pricing tiers: Free: £0/month (first member free, unlimited treatment packages); Founders: £99/month (unlimited members, Stripe payments, analytics); Founders+: £149/month (custom domain, custom email sending, full branding control). All plans include unlimited treatment packages and digital agreements. No setup fees, no hidden charges, and no long-term contracts.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and BACS Direct Debit for UK clinic owners. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

    Can I change my plan?

    Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll adjust your billing proportionally.

    What happens if I cancel my subscription?

    When you cancel, your clinic's account access ends at the end of the current billing cycle. Your data is retained for 30 days—if you don't resubscribe within that time, it will be permanently deleted. You can reactivate anytime.

    Are there setup fees?

    No. There are no setup fees, activation fees, or hidden charges. You only pay the monthly subscription cost.

    Is VAT included in the pricing?

    Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at checkout based on your UK postcode.

    Features

    Can I create custom membership plans?

    Absolutely. Create unlimited membership plans with custom names, durations (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.), prices, and benefits. You can pause, edit, or archive plans anytime.

    How do patient payments work?

    Patients enter their payment card details when signing up or renewing a membership. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You choose if you want recurring billing (auto-renewal) or manual renewal reminders.

    Do patients get their own portal?

    Yes. Each patient has a private account where they can manage their active memberships, view billing history, update payment methods, and access support. They access it via your clinic's white-label subdomain (e.g., members.your-clinic.clinicmembership.co.uk).

    Can I use my own branding?

    Yes. Upload your clinic logo, customize colors and email templates, and use a custom subdomain that matches your clinic name. Patients experience everything under your brand.

    What reports are available?

    You get real-time dashboards showing membership stats (active members, MRR, churn), payment history, and subscription breakdown by plan. Export data for your own analysis.

    Payments & Stripe

    How are patient payments processed?

    All patient payments go through Stripe, which handles the secure processing, encryption, and fraud detection. You never handle raw card data—we don't store it either.

    What payment methods can my patients use?

    Patients can pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or, if you enable it, BACS Direct Debit.

    Is it PCI compliant?

    Yes, completely. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We use tokenization so sensitive card data never touches our servers.

    When do I get paid?

    Stripe settles funds to your bank account on a rolling basis (typically 2–3 business days). You can view payouts in your dashboard.

    Technical

    Is my data secure?

    Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256). We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection, and we're committed to GDPR compliance. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

    Can I export my data?

    Yes. You can export member lists, billing records, and plan information in CSV format anytime. If you cancel, you have 30 days to download everything before it's deleted.

    What browsers are supported?

    Clinic Membership works on all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). It's also fully mobile-responsive for iPhone, iPad, and Android.

    Is there an API?

    An API is on our roadmap. For now, you can integrate via Stripe webhooks and CSV exports. Contact support if you have specific integration needs.

    Can I use my own domain?

    You get a white-label subdomain (your-clinic.clinicmembership.co.uk). Custom domain mapping is available on the Founders+ plan.

    How do I get help?

    What are your support hours?

    We offer email support Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm GMT. Urgent issues affecting patient payments are prioritized.
