    Prescription PDFs and quantity

    Prescription PDFs only show a Quantity column when a quantity was entered. Items without one show n/a when others on the same prescription have a quantity.

    When you print or download a prescription PDF, Documenti keeps the layout clear. Quantity only appears when it adds information.

    How quantity appears

    • If no product on the prescription has a quantity, the Quantity column is omitted.
    • If at least one product has a quantity, the column is shown.
    • Products without a quantity on that mixed prescription show n/a.

    Tip

    Enter quantity on the prescription in Documenti when you want it on the PDF. Leaving it blank is fine for items where quantity is not used.
