Enable stock management on products

Stock management is off by default. When you enable it, products gain a dedicated Stock section — levels, reorder points, and quantities — without changing clinics that do not need inventory tracking.

Turn stock management on

Open Organisation Settings.
Find Enable Stock Management under Authentication / organisation preferences.
Switch it on and save if prompted.

See stock on the products list

Open Products — the Stock column shows current levels. Open a product to edit stock level, reorder point, and quantity in the Stock section.

Note

This is Documenti’s professional product stock — not Clinic Membership retail POS inventory. Dilutions and batches for treatment maps are still configured on each product. Once stock management is on, you can also manage levels from Clinic Membership Stock.
