Set up organisation SSO

Organisation admins can set up SAML single sign-on themselves. When SSO is on, staff sign in through your identity provider. You can turn SSO off again without losing the saved provider settings.

Open SSO Configuration

1. Open Settings from your account menu.
2. Select the Organisation tab.
3. Open SSO Configuration.

Turn SSO on

1. Enter the SAML details from your identity provider (for example entity ID, SSO URL, and certificate).
2. Save and enable SSO for the organisation.
3. Ask a colleague to sign in once to confirm the flow before you roll it out widely.

Turn SSO off

From the same page, disable SSO to return the organisation to magic-link sign-in. Your identity provider settings stay saved so you can re-enable later without re-entering everything.
