Clinic Membership’s referral programme is simple: give a month, get a month. Share your unique code with another clinic. When they use it at checkout, their first month is free. When they pay for their next month, you get a free month credited toward your next Clinic Membership bill — including Documenti when it’s on the same invoice.
Find your code
- Go to Settings → Referral.
- Your referral code is set from your clinic slug by default — you can edit and save a different code if you prefer.
- Copy the code, or copy the share link so the code is filled in for them on signup.
Tip
Changing your code keeps your past referrals. The old code is retired so nobody else can use it.
When they should use the code
The code is only needed at checkout — not when they first create their clinic account.
- If they pick a paid plan during signup, they can enter your code before paying (or use your share link).
- If they start with an account and subscribe later, they enter it under Settings → Premium (“Have a referral code?”) before checkout.
Note
Referral codes can’t be used to change an existing paid subscription. They only apply when someone starts a new Clinic Membership subscription.
What they get, and what you get
- They subscribe with your code → their first month is free.
- They stay on and pay for their next month → you earn a free month on your bill.
- Your credit matches your invoice total for that month (Clinic Membership plus Documenti when those are billed together).
- The free month is applied as credit on your next bill through Stripe — you don’t need to do anything.
Track your referrals
On Settings → Referral you’ll see each clinic that used your code, with progress ticks:
- Signed up — they completed checkout with your code.
- First paid — they’ve paid for a month after their free month.
- Credit applied — your free month has been added to your billing account.
Tip
There’s no limit on how many clinics you can refer. Each successful referral can bank another free month for you.
