The easiest route is through Clinic Membership: first 10 patients free on Documenti, then £19/month as an add-on when you subscribe — less than subscribing to Documenti directly.

- Go to Settings → Premium.
- Find the Documenti banner — Try Documenti secure clinical notes.
- Click Start free trial.
- Check the email on your clinic admin account for a welcome message from Documenti.
- Follow the link to set your password, then sign in at app.documenti.co.uk.
After the trial
Your trial includes up to 10 patients on Documenti. When you need more, subscribe through Clinic Membership — the banner shows Add Documenti — £19/month once your clinic has a paid plan. Unlimited clinicians are included on the bundled plan.

Already on Documenti from documenti.co.uk? You can still use Clinic Membership for operations; linking an existing account is handled by support if the emails match your clinic owner.
