Your saved digital signature speeds up clinician sign-off on consents and assessments. Documenti offers it with a Use Digital Signature button. Signing stays a deliberate act, not an automatic fill.
Save your signature
- Open Settings from your account menu.
- Find Digital Signature (on your profile / Settings page).
- Draw your signature, then Save Signature. Use Clear or Undo if you need to redraw.
Note
The signature image keeps its aspect ratio when viewed, so it should look the same on screen and on printed or PDF forms.
Sign a form
- Open the form that needs a clinician signature.
- Choose Use Digital Signature when you are ready to sign.
- Confirm the signature appears in the signature field before you save or complete the form.
Tip
A signature from a previous treatment should not appear as already signed on a new treatment. If a field looks pre-filled, clear it and use Use Digital Signature again for this visit.
