Membership treatment planner

The membership treatment planner helps members book what is left on their plan. Staff can see the same remaining counts on the patient card and nudge someone to plan their next visits.

What members see

1. The member signs in to the patient portal.
2. They open Your treatments this membership year.
3. They click Plan available treatments.
4. They tick times that work and click Book selected — bookings count against remaining allowance.

What staff do

1. Open the member’s patient card → Membership → This membership year.
2. Check Used, Booked, and Left for each treatment.
3. Ask them to use Plan available treatments in the portal, or book the next visit for them on Admin → Calendar.

What happens next

• Membership usage on the patient card

  Read used, booked, and left on the patient card.

• Book an appointment from the calendar

  Book the next visit for them on the diary.

• Send rebooking reminders

  Automatic rebooking emails after completed visits.
