Locations & resources
Multi-site clinics: add locations and rooms, filter the calendar, and book at the right place.
Set up clinic locations
Add one or more sites, pair them with Documenti clinics when connected, and keep the calendar and booking page in sync.
Set up rooms and resources
Add shared rooms or devices in Calendar settings, tied to a location when you run more than one site.
Link resources to a service
Tell each treatment which room or device it needs, online booking only shows times when a clinician and a resource are both free.
Add a bookable clinician
Turn on Bookable clinician so someone appears on the calendar, online booking, and location filters.
Filter the calendar and book at a location
Switch between sites and clinicians on the diary, and pick a location when you book an appointment.
Mark busy and block time off
Block a clinician for leave or meetings (at one location or every site) from the calendar or Settings.
